Thank you for your letter to Dr. Sohlman, which has been forwarded to the Nobel Committee for Physiology or Medicine.
You ask for inclusion of alternative medicine within the framework of the Nobel Prize. The answer is that all fields of medicine are already included. Alternative medicine is not excluded, and provided we get correctly nominated people within this field and find their discoveries important we will of course consider also this field. So please, be assured that no field is excluded.
